Child Care for 6 weeks to 5 years

The philosophy of the Child Development Center (CDC) is for the development of the “whole” child. The CDC provides opportunities for children to develop cognitively, socially, emotionally, and physically. We encourage children to develop the desire to learn and continue learning by actively engaging them in interactions with materials, peers and adults. Realizing that each child is special with his/her own path of growth and place in the world, uses a multi-cultural approach to learning.

 Each child learns that he/she is valued as an individual and as part of our group; fostering positive self-images by allowing children to grow creativity and express their identities.

Developmentally appropriate activities and practices are implemented in all CDC programs. The CDC believes that children learn through participation with their environment. Infants, toddlers and preschoolers learn about their environment through meaningful “hands-on” experiences, which promote active thinking Child care is provided for children six weeks to five years of age and has the capacity for 210 spaces.

Cat VI: Total income $70,001 & up, weekly full time care $126
All fees are based on 10 hours of care per day totallying 50 hours per week
